Charlotte Anne Test's Obituary
Charlotte was born in Hillsboro, Texas, October 12, 1927. Parents: Father, Roy Nelms Cromwell, Mother, Altha Wilmoth Cromwell. Charlotte graduated from Hillsboro High School, Hillsboro Junior College, and the University of Texas where she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority and Omicron Nu, Honorary Home Economics Sorority. After graduation she worked as a home economist for Texas Power and Light Company and later for Dallas Power and Light Company. In 1951 she married Walter James Wanner and moved to Dallas where she resided until her death. She had one son, Andy Wanner, who preceded both parents in death. After the death of her first husband, she married Donald N. Test, Jr., who died in 2016.
Charlotte was a member of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church for over 60 years where she served as both a Deacon and an Elder. She is survived by: Dr. Donald N. Test, III, San Antonio, Texas; her cousins, Susanne Dugger, Mckinney, Texas, John and Linda Nelson, Sherman, Texas, Cynthia, Ralph and Will Bishop, Frisco, Texas, her niece and family, Ann Lieb, Mike Lieb, Jimmy, Kevin and Erin Leib.
