Charmian Fraser Wallis' Obituary
Wallis,Charmian Jutton was born on October 2, 1924 and passed away on April 22, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Jerry Jutton. Survived by daughter and her husband, Chris and Mitch Baumann, son Bob Jutton, grandchildren Kent and Melany Baumann, Kellie and Kenton Perigo, Laura Charmian Baumann, Andi and Christian Hughes, Jennifer Jutton and Blake Jutton, 11 great grandchildren, and her sisters Barbara Winningham and Cathleen Vetromile. Charmian was a third grade teacher in the Dallas Independent School District for over 25 years. After retirement, she was a member of Northwood Women’s Club and volunteered at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children for another 25 years. Her love for children and giving heart were recognized last year when Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children awarded her their distinguished Trailrider Award for volunteer service. Funeral service will be held at Central Lutheran Church of Dallas, 1000 Easton Road, on Monday, April 29th at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Rich Pounds and Rev. Paul Carpenter officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
