Ms. Cheng-I Chang Liang, 95, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on December 3, 1923, in China. Cheng-I leaves her beloved son, Ming Che Chang; daughter, Ming Soun; and numerous other relatives. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.Services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Restland Memorial Park, Garden of Wisdom. There will be a time of visitation starting at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.Funeral arrangements have been faithfully entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, which is located at 13005 Greenville Ave.
