My heart broke when this tragic event happened to you. Chenoa, you have been a part of my family since you and Chase became friends in your early teens, and you have been loved by all of us ever since.
You have always had a heart of gold. I cherish so many memories of you and Chase together—watching puppies being born, riding dirt bikes in Corinth, and so many other adventures along the way.
One of my favorite recent memories is you coming to the house to visit my 90-year-old daddy, making him giggle and smile, and then sharing your birthday celebration with us. You and Chase were always such wonderful friends, more like brother and sister, always having each other's backs through the good times and the bad, sharing stories and supporting one another through every stage of life.
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time.
And now, my sweet girl, you are one of our angels in Heaven. As you know, I have always loved you, and I will continue to treasure the memories we shared. Rest peacefully now and let God take care of everything.
Until we meet again, you will always hold a special place in my heart.

Chenoa,
You made me laugh at the dumbest shit,
pulled me out of my own head
when I didn’t even realize I was stuck there.
God really crossed our paths
at the exact right time—
like He knew I needed you,
even if it wasn’t for long.
He loaned me His angel,
and I didn’t know I’d have to give you back so soon.
Now you’re not just mine—
you’re everyone’s who loved you.
You were tatted up, yeah—
but that never hid your beauty,
if anything it told your story.
And when you loved…
you loved hard,
no holding back, no halfway.
Rest easy, sweetheart.
I’ll miss you in all the little, stupid moments the most.
