COOK, CHERYL LYNNE passed away on April 19, 2013 at her home in McKinney. Cheryl was born on January 13, 1947 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert and Geraldine Chambers. Preceded in death by her father, Robert G. Chambers; and her grandparents, Eldred and Mattie Nichols, Travis and Eula Chambers. Cheryl is survived by her husband, Richard W. Cook of McKinney, TX; son, Michael S. Cook and wife, Martha of Lavon, TX and their daughters, Jaclyn, Claire, and Caroline; son, Robert “Brian” Cook and wife, Mary of Richardson, TX and their daughter, Anna; mother, Geraldine J. Nichols Chambers of McKinney, TX; brother, Darrell Chambers and wife, Marian of Overland Park, KS; uncle, Byrl Nichols and wife, Martha Jo of Houston, TX; and five nieces and three nephews. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:30 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
