Cheryl Ann Luellen, age 79, of Garland, Texas, passed away on May 23, 2026.
Cheryl was born on June 17, 1946, in Canton, Ohio, to Ross Reno and Gladys Reno. She later made a life in Texas, where she built a loving home and lasting relationships within the community. On April 1, 1968, Cheryl married Jerry Luellen in Garland, Texas. Their marriage was a devoted partnership that lasted until Jerry's passing.
Cheryl will be remembered for a life centered on God, family, and kindness. She enjoyed spending time with loved ones, decorating for the holidays, and cheering on the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. She also found joy in reading biographies and watching old Westerns. Cheryl touched many lives through warmth, generosity, and a caring spirit.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Luellen, and parents, Ross Reno and Gladys Reno.
Cheryl is survived by children, David Luellen and spouse Misty, and Daniel Luellen and fiancée Sheila; grandchildren Connor Luellen, Caiden Luellen, Dakota Barrington, and Denver Barrington; great-grandson Otis Barrington; and three sisters and four brothers.
