Chi Cha Pak's Obituary
Pak, Chi Cha, 84, of Plano, Texas passed away peacefully at home on January 14, 2022. Mrs. Pak was born on May 28, 1937 in South Korea. She married Yong Ho Pak on November 12, 1959 whom she is now reunited. On October 10, 1970, she and her husband immigrated to the United States with their three young children ages 8, 5, 2 and in 1972 had their youngest child while in America. She worked along side her husband on many business ventures and well known for her green thumb and amazing cooking skills.
As the founders of the Inchon Food Company, Mrs. Pak and her husband proudly served the community for many years and anchored their reputation before successfully retiring in 2002. She is survived by her four children Won Pak (Sunhee), Candi Aulbaugh (Greg), Kristi Junie Norstrom (Jade) and Lisa Skelton (Ed); eight grandchildren Gregory Aulbaugh, Kelly Payne (Tyler); Aimee Pak; Allison Aulbaugh (Jaim); Angela Pak; Ashley Pak; Samantha Skelton and Benjamin Skelton.
She was a pilar to her community but more than that a foundation of strength, integrity and work ethics she passed on to and expected from her children. She was small but mighty, spunky, energetic and always ready for an adventure. Her love and talent for cooking amazed many and enjoyed by even many more. She may not come right out and tell you that she loves you, she shows you through the meals she prepared and you never left her home hungry. We lost and will miss a wonderful human being.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, January 25, 2002 at St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church, 2111 Camino Lago, Irving, TX; burial immediately following at Restland Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Tx.
