Richardson, TX- Chang, Ching Chih. 66, was born to parents, Kung-Min and Hui-Tian Young on August 29, 1951 in Taiwan. She passed away on February 19,2018 in Plano, Texas. The family request that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, February 23, 2018. A graveside service for Mrs.Chang will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Restland Cemetery located at the Garden of Wisdom. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
