Chinh Dinh Phan's Obituary
Chinh Dang (Dinh) Phan, religious name Tam Nguyen, passed peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, September 3, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. Chinh was born in Phan Thiet, Vietnam. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Chinh married Lan Ly, religious name Dieu Man, in Vietnam in September 1955. He was a member of Tu-Vien Lien-Hoa Buddhist Temple.
He was preceded in death by his sister. He is survived by his wife, Lan Ly; daughter and husband, My Lien Phan Vo and Tommy Hung Vo; son and wife, Lan Phan and Linh Duong; grandson and wife, Don Vo and Jane Vo; granddaughter and husband, Penny Vo Aranguren and Ryan Aranguren; granddaughter and husband, Tasha Hall and Jonathan Hall; granddaugthers, Tara Phan and Tieu Mi Phan; great-grandchildren, Nolan Aranguren, Nash Aranguren, Nixon Aranguren, Isabella Vo, Theo Hall, Callum Hall, James Hall and Rose Lavina.
Services will be held on:
Thursday, September 9, 2021:
10am-11am: Mourning cloth rite & service
11am-12pm: Prayer service with the Dao Huu Thien Tam TVLH group
12pm-6pm: Wake & Visitations
Friday, September 10, 2021:
7am-8am: Procession to Tu-Vien Lien-Hoa Temple
9am-10am: Wake & Visitations in the Memorial Chapel
10am-11am: Celebration of Life & Funeral Service
