Chloe Matilda Bailey's Obituary
Bailey, Chloe Matilda was born on November 4, 1925 in Fort Smith, Ak. and passed away on July 12, 2010 in Dallas, Tx. She moved to Dallas in 1931. She was a 1943 graduate of Highland Park High School and a 1946 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she was a member of Highland Park Presbyterian Church and was active in the Women of the Church. She werved as a circle leader several years and as Missionaru Chirman for her circle. Chloe was also a member of the Villiage Gardeners, Mes Amies, ZTA alumni, and the Auxiliary to Dallas County Dental Society. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Robert V. Bailey, D.D.S. Chloe is survived by her children Richard C. Bailey (Jessica) and Michael V. Bailey (Cynthia); grandchildren Christopher F. Bailey (Elizabeth), Clayton R. Bailey and Robert C. Bailey; great-grandchildren Bryce Bailey and Braxton Bailey; one brother Harrell “Buddy” Hayden (Kaki) and sister-in-law Lucille Parker of Washington, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Van Bailey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
