Christine Samples Skeins was born on May 7, 1932 in Dallas, Texas and passed away November 26, 2016 in Carrollton, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon “Duck” Skeins; parents, J.C. Samples and Grace Samuels Samples; sisters, Earnistine Samples-Gardner, Pearline Samples-Gardner; brothers, John and Leon Samples. Christine is survived by her brother, Charles W. Samples; brother-in-law, R.Q. Gardner; a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, family and friends. The visitation for Christine Skeins will be held from 6:30 to 8:00 PM, Friday, December 2, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home in the Abbey Chapel. The service for Christine will be held at 2:00PM, Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Hamilton Park United Methodist Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
