Christine Valerie Spradlin's Obituary
SPRADLIN, CHRISTINE VALERIE RHEA Was born July 14, 1918 in Boxelder, TX and passed away August 9, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, G. Y. Spradlin. She was a lovely Christian lady, accepting Jesus Christ into her life as a young teenager. God blessed her with many friends and family members that called her Christine, Chris, Aunt Christine, Mother, Mom and Nanny. She was a talented seamstress, working for Rogers Alterations for many years. She is survived by son, Buster Spradlin and wife, Joyce; 2 grandsons, Brian and Michael; sister-in-laws, many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 pm, Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 10:15 am, Tuesday, August 14 at Restland Memorial Park with Rev. Ronald Morgan officiating. Soloist will be Ernestine Bell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideon’s International.
