I will treasure the nights that Miss Chris, Marty/Mom (my mother in law), and I sat up until the wee hours of the night…sipping wine, telling stories, and laughing until it hurt. Chris was always so beautiful, head to toe, inside and out. She loved her family and friends with all of her heart, and lived like there was no tomorrow. She used to wear stretchy slacks that would ride up her ankles a bit when she sat down, so when she stood up she would stomp her feet to get her hems back down to where they should have been… we called it the Miss Chris Shuffle, and I think about her every time I do that dance myself! It is so silly, the things you remember when you lose someone that was such a gem and was so much fun to be around. I hope she would be happy to know that for the past 2 days, I manage to muster up a little smile when I think of her. Chris's family is in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Nickie Taylor
