Born on October 10, 1920 in Cambodia and passed away November 18, 2015 in McKinney, Texas. Survived by son; Kheang Chhat and wife Ponleu Sak, daughters; Kim Eng Chhat, Kim Yok Chhat and husband Norman Chau, Kim Vu Chhat and husband Hno Ngo, Kim Arng Chhat and husband Sui Tang, Kim Seav Chhat and husband Cheng Lim. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 from 3:00- 5:00 PM at The Memorial Chapel and Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at 10:00 AM at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
