She was the school registrar for Gaston Middle School and a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church. Hazel is survived by husband, Charles E. Paul; daughter, Leslie Coyne and husband, Tom; son, David Paul and wife, Mary Elizabeth; brother, Joe King and wife Joyce; brothers, Butch King, David King and wife Darlene; sisters Virginia Davis and husband Ben, Judy Fallecker, Linda Moyers and husband Pat, Faye Napier and husband David and Sandra Mack and husband, George; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
