She was born on July 8, 1922, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Charles Spurgin Harris and Clara Moore Harris in Dallas, Texas. Clara Bell Reynolds will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
