I was lucky to have grown up alongside Clara, from kindergarteners to awkward highschoolers we were best friends. She had a wonderfully creative mind, her eyes saw art in everything and everyone. When we were kids we baked French cookies together and ate the dough raw, made slime and had photoshoots. When we got older we would watch Adventure Time and Bobs Burgers. When we both got our licenses, we would drive around the neighborhood and blast music while sticking our heads out of the sunroof. We would sing together and she was always on key, she had a beautiful voice. I knew that every time i was welcomed into her home i was going to be well taken care of by her parents and thoroughly entertained by whatever activities her and i decided to do. When we had a hangout planned i knew it was going to save me from whatever bad week i was having. The neighborhood we shared will always hold the memories of our childhood. Clara was artistic, intelligent, hilarious, beautiful, and most importantly she was kind. She always thought of other people and it’s apparent to everyone who knew her. I’m lucky to have known her for as long as i did💖
