Clarence was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Ruth Pate and daughter, Vickie Ann Begley. He is survived by his daughter, Carol McKay; mother, Jessie Newsome; sister, Inez Weaver; brother, Melvin Dewey Pate; 5 granddaughters and 2 great grandsons. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, February 14, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home.
