Clarence Edward Keen's Obituary
KEEN, CLARENCE EDWARD beloved husband, dad, brother, and most importantly “Poppy” grandfather passed away and went to be with the Lord on March 14, 2014. Eddie graduated from R.L. Paschal High school in 1960 and attended Texas A&M University before joining the United States Marine Corps. He married Angela Santoyo in 1969 and in 1972 they had Catherine, their only daughter. He retired as a Senior accountant from Texas Utilities after 30 years of service. He enjoyed playing golf and meeting people and making them laugh. Eddie was preceded in death by his father, Alonzo Keen. Survivors: mother, Helen Keen; wife, Angela; daughter and son-in-law, Catherine and Trey Burk; grandchildren, Keely and Kaden; brother, Joe Keen; sisters, Jan Hull and Debbie Harris. As well as several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM, Thursday, March 20, 2014 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
