Clay Alden Lancaster's Obituary
Clay A. Lancaster passed away suddenly on Monday, December 17, 2018 in Dallas, Tx. He was born January 14, 1943 in Houston, Texas to Alden Lancaster and Mary Alice Lancaster. He attended Jesuit College Preparatory in Dallas, then college at Southern Methodist University, and received a MBA from the University of Dallas. Clay followed in his father’s footsteps and went into the Insurance Industry, where he worked for over 50 years. In 1981 he became the Managing Partner at Corrigan-Jordan Insurance in Dallas, Tx. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Susan Lancaster; his daughter, Vickie Jessup; his son, Patrick K. Lancaster and wife Shelley; his grandchildren, David Jessup, Nicole Jessup, Graham Lancaster, Neil Lancaster, and many longtime loving friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Clay may be made to The Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas Scholarship Fund 12345 Inwood Rd. Dallas, Tx. 75244; or the Special Olympics CFB Cyclones 2017 Grenoble Dr. Carrollton, Tx. 75007. A “Celebration of Life” for Clay will be held at a later date. Services are pending at this time.
