I was saddened to hear of the passing of Bob, and I have treasured memories of him especially related to his work at PLAN. Bob was a true hero to all who knew him. His wonderful sense of humor and gentleness made my tenure at PLAN truly wonderful. My condolences to the Ploger family. He will be greatly missed.
I never met you, but thank you Mr. Ploger. I had no one and no where to go after my emotional collapse. Your work created an Oasis for me.

Mr. Ploger, our “Mayor of Highgrove” –I am so sad I cannot even begin to express all of my thoughts. Mr. Ploger, I am going to miss you so much. I will cherish the cartoon piece you shared with me from early 20th century newspaper, and beautiful flowers you and Betty gave me when one of my cats passed. You painted the entire neighborhood with warmth, sweetness and care, and I could not have asked for a better place to live. I am utterly sorry that I am out of country at the moment, and will miss your service. But I do know I will see you when i go see God. Rest in Peace, Mr. Ploger.
