Clemmie Pearl Waters was born June 29, 1932 in Hopkins County, Texas and passed away November 19, 2014 in Carrollton, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and a brother. Clemmie is survived by her husband of 63+ years, Bill Waters Sr.; son Bill,Jr; daughter Vicki granddaughter Jennifer; great granddaughter Adalynn and countless other relatives. Clemmie’s family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 pm on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Service for Clemmie will take place at 11:00 am on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Wilshire Baptist Church. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238
