Cleo Catherine Barnett was born on February 26, 1937 in Boswell, Oklahoma to Roy Samuel Isbell and Opal May (Jones) Isbell. She passed away on December 10, 2018 in Allen, Texas.The visitation for Cleo will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Restland Funeral Home.The funeral for Cleo will be at 12:30 PM on Saturday, December 15, 2018 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Please stop by the information booth at the main entrance or the funeral home reception desk for a map and directions to the chapel.
