Cleo Salazar's Obituary
Cleofas Salazar, 87. She was born on April 28, 1929, in Hondo, Texas to Victor and Paula Rico. , died March 1, 2017, at home with her family by her side in Dallas, Texas. Service will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, March 6, 2017, at the Restland Wildwood Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior to the service starting at 9:00 am. Cleo was an active and devoted member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church and worked with various charities. Her interests included family, gardening & sewing. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to family members, including her husband, Ambrosio Salazar until he passed away at age 80. Mrs. Salazar is survived by her sisters, Paulia Furns, Maria Morales, Sofia Pardon; and her children; Larry Salazar, David Salazar, Ambrosio Salazar Jr., Yolanda Leal, Gloria Garcia, Agrora Womack,Paula Rosales and Lori Oden. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
