(Cliff) Clifford Leroy Watkins Sr. was born in Woodward, Oklahoma on December 17, 1941. He passed away in Dallas, Texas on Monday, June 18th, 2018.Cliff was a free spirit and spent as much time as possible in the wind on his motorcycle.
