Clovis G. Voltmann's Obituary
Clovis Gibson Voltmann passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.
She was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Texas in 1958. She worked at Frito Lay for 28 years and retired. She then moved to East Texas. In 2016 Clovis moved to an assisted living center in McKinney.
Clovis was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Voltmann; Sister, Clementine Laird; and her parents.
She is survived by her son, John P “Chip” Cazale III; her grandson, Preston; and her twin sister, Claudia “Sister Mary Edmond” Gibson.
Clovis’ greatest joy was her family. She was a great cook and would cook for two or ten. She enjoyed building her home and entertaining her family during holidays and special occasions. Some of her favorite memories were made while traveling with Floyd, family, and friends.
Instead of flowers, feel free to make a donation to the North Texas Food Bank or the SPCA of Texas, McKinney location.
