Clyde Haddock's Obituary
Clyde Haddock, born on March 1, 1937, passed away peacefully on October 18, 2024. He was the beloved son of Walter Haddock and Ethel Whitt. Clyde leaves behind the love of his life, JoAnne Haddock, to whom he was married for 63 wonderful years. He also leaves behind three children, Daughter, Dawn Stubbs, Son, Rocky Haddock and wife Frances, Son, Jason Haddock and wife Robin, along with three grandchildren, Grandson, Jeremy Stubbs and wife Bethany; Grandson, Jonathan Stubbs and wife Lauren and Granddaughter, Sarah Stubbs and husband Michael and a lot of good, good friends.
Clyde proudly served his country in the Navy for four years and continued his service in the reserves for an additional two years. He was a man of many hats and talents, known for his remarkable ability to fix anything.
If you couldn’t find Clyde at Home Depot, he was likely enjoying time with his bowling league. Clyde had an amazing ear for music and a deep passion for playing his guitar. His favorite song to play was Amazing Grace.
A public visitation will be held on October 24, 2024, at 1 PM at Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 2 PM.
Clyde’s legacy of love, service, and talent will be remembered by all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
