Colleen W. Reid's Obituary
Colleen W. Reid was born on October 9, 1928, in Little Rock, Arkansas. She passed away on August 10, 2023, in Rockdale, Texas at the age of 94.
Colleen graduated from Ursuline Academy and Draughon's Business School. She then went to work for Western Electric and later for AT&T at the Mesquite plant as the Executive Secretary to the Plant Manager. She was a member of the Dallas Chapter of Executive Women International.
The family would like to thank everyone at Rockdale Estates and Rehabilitation for their loving and compassionate care of our loved one.
Colleen was predeceased by her loving husband Russell L. Reid Sr.
Colleen is survived by her daughter Sharon Ruhl and husband Bob, her son Russell L. Reid Jr. and partner Robert Goldberg, grandchildren Sarah Miller and husband Shannon, Elizabeth and William Reid, and great-grandchildren Sable and Slade Miller.
There will be a Visitation at 9:00 am on Friday, August 18, 2023, at the Restland Wildwood Chapel. Her Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am with interment to follow.
