Born April 26, 1951 in Upshur County, Texas to H.A. and Mattie Skinner and passed away October 22, 2014 in Garland, Texas. Tommy is survived by his sisters, Mary Skinner and Betty Curley; brother, Willie “Pee Wee” Skinner; son, Derrick Davis and daughter, Evette Davis. Tommy’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. The Funeral Service for Tommy will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, October 31, 2014 at Mt. Hebron Missionary Church in Garland. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238
