Conchita was one of my dearest friends going back as far as our childhood when we attended the Latin Amerian Methodist Church Bible School on Laclede. She was also one of the smartest persons I have ever known although she seemed quiet and reserved. However, she did speak her mind when it was necessary and let you know how she felt about a certain subject! Anyone who knew her was aware she always had a book in her hands and was an avid reader. She could discuss any subject with authority and resolve. Henry loved gambling with her and we will miss her terribly. I will miss our weekly telephone visits and discussions. I know she has happily joined her Richard and Ricky and heaven has gained another angel. Love you, Gloria
