Cora Lee Bull's Obituary
Cora Lee Rains Morrow Bull, age 84, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2015, in Dallas, Texas. Born on September 24, 1930, in Mineola, Texas, Cora lived in Pittsburgh, Texas and Dallas, Texas before moving to Scurry, Texas in the mid 1960’s. Cora was employed in Human Resources at General Adjustment Bureau in Dallas for 42 years and retired in 1992. She then worked for 15 years at Foley’s as a Sales Associate in the Men’s Department and retired from Macy’s – Town East in 2010. She was a long term member of Gray’s Prairie Baptist Church in Scurry, Texas. Survivors include Betty Hanson Bowers, niece, and her husband, Martin Bowers, residing in Dallas; Joe Hanson, nephew, residing in Tyler; Marilyn Hanson, niece, residing in Richardson and two great nieces, Wendy Edwards, of Dallas and Ashley Hanson, of Tyler; Justin Hanson, great nephew, of Tyler; Chuck Morrow of Dallas, Jean Morrow of Dallas and Thomas Bull of Dallas, step children. She was preceded in death by Henry K. Morrow, husband; Walter K. Bull, husband; Annie May Rains, mother; Walker R. Rains, father; two sisters, Helen Hanson Hale and Lillie Mae Davis; Joed Rains, brother; and Kelly Rains, nephew. Memorial services will be held at Restland Wildwood Chapel, at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75243. Graveside services will be held immediately afterwards at Restland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2:15-3:00 pm. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243 at Restland Road.
