Pat and Beth, I am so sorry to learn of Corey's passing. I was out of the city last week and just returned to hear the news. My prayers for you and your family will continue.
As a parent of one of the students at Carrollton ATA, my heart is deeply saddened by this tragedy. My daughter Laura always enjoyed the classes that Mr. Lorance taught, and had the highest respect and admiration for him. As a parent, I recognize that he was a very valuable asset to the school, and devoted a great deal of his time and energy to making the school a terrific place. We will miss him. My deepest condolences. Becky Stoughton
We are deeply sorry to hear the sad news of Mr. Lorance's passing. Our son, Tiger, was fortunate to have spent some time being taught by Mr. Lorance in the ATA Tiny Tigers program. We could sense his warmth and genuine nature the first time we met him. Our hearts go out to his family. May the memories of your time with Corey bring you comfort.
My heart goes out to you during this difficult time. Corey was an amazing person and we will miss his beautiful smile. What an amazing gift he was. You are in our prayers.
We are so sad and heartbroken to hear about Corey. When we met him he was only 12 years old and he was always "the example" for my kids Vicki & Andy. Corey, you will be missed by a lot of people, but we know that God will embrace you and your family in his eternal grace.
I'm sorry I didn't find out sooner and come to the funeral. You have unmatched leadership and character. And you were someone I always looked up to. I miss you, man.
I am deeply heartbroken at the loss of a wonderful young man. Corey became a little brother to me through the eleven years that I have known him, especially after having lost my beloved little brother Justin in the same month only six years ago. Corey has touched many lives throughout his years in Taekwondo, not only as a student but also as an instructor and has become an inspiration to all. I will deeply miss him and the school will never be the same without him or his sense of humor. God bless Beth, Pat, his mom and dad, and his Uncle Eric along with other family members as they face the future without Corey.
