Corinne Mary Lund's Obituary
Lund, Corinne (Andy) Mary Corinne (Andy) Mary Lund was born on September 9, 1926 in Detroit Michigan. She went to be with her Savior on February 23, 2010. Andy was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grand-mother. She was full of life and a very active person. She was in 2 garden clubs, a book club, and a P.E.O. member for over 50 years. Andy loved to take pictures. She took pride in everything she did. People always talked about her beautiful smile and the twinkle in her light blue eyes. She was a very caring and giving person. Andy was an active member of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church for 33 years. In October of 2002 she moved from Dallas to live with her Daughter and Son-in-Law in Nacogdoches, Tx. Her mind and body just went down hill. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son John, and husband, Edward Lund. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Janice and Glynn Kirkley. Grandson Brian and wife Jennifer and their four children of Flower Mound, Granddaughter, Summer and Husband Steven Fritz and their two children of Frisco, Grandson Kris and wife Leslie Kirkley and their two children of Longview, brother Martin Goodwillie of Royal Oak, Michigan and Sister Janet Bronson and husband Dan of Centennial Colorado. Andy will be truly missed, but not suffering anymore and at peace. The family wants to thank Dr. Furniss and Staff, Life Care Hospice, and Rock Haven Nursing Home and Staff. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Life Care Hospice at 320 North St. Suite 311, Nacogdoches, TX 75961, Alzheimers Association or any Humane Society. Her visitation will be held on February 25, 2010 at Restland Furneral Home 6-8pm and her services will be on February 26, 2010 at 1pm at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church.
