Courtney Elaine Bohrer's Obituary
Courtney Doty Bohrer of Frisco went to be with our Lord on March 24, 2018. She died at the age of 41 as a result of cardiac arrest. Courtney was born to Sharon Bowers Doty and Erceal V. Doty, Jr. on November 28, 1976 in Irving, TX. Courtney grew up in Colleyville and graduated from Grapevine High School in 1995. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a double major in marketing and management. She was a Chi Omega Sorority sister. Courtney was of the Methodist faith. Her sons were the loves of her life. Courtney is survived by sons, Jack Douglas Bohrer and Charles Zane Bohrer; mother, Sharon Parkman (Tommie); sister, Vanessa Russ ( Rodney); step-mother, Julie Ritcher (Larry); nephew, Andrew Doty; niece, Ellie Russ, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Erceal; step-father, Ted Coker; grandparents, Erceal V. and Elaine Doty and Jim and Gynelle Bowers. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 30, 2018 at 11:30 AM in the Founders Chapel of First United Methodist Church Grapevine, 422 Church Street, Grapevine, TX with Virg Aldag officiating.
