STRICKLAND, COY MILLER Born June 16, 1920 in Dallas, TX and passed away December 28, 2006 in Dallas, TX. Coy was a graduate of Forest Avenue High School in 1938 and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a Dallas business man for more than 50 years. Coy is survived by his wife of 45 years, Georgina Strickland; son, Dan Miller Strickland; daughters, Marianne Womble and Sue Slater and husband, Troy; grandchildren, Shannon Georgeink, Jimmy Womble and Michael Sylvester; two great grandchildren.
