Curtis Bryant Pillsbury M.D.'s Obituary
PILLSBURY, DR. CURTIS BRYANT Died May 11, 2008. Born January 11, 1921 in Washington, DC. He enlisted in the United States Army July 31, 1941, where he proudly served his country in WWII. At which time he received the Victory medal, American Theater Ribbon, with two Battle Stars, Philippine Liberation Ribbon, with one Bronze Battle Star, three overseas service Bars, one service stripe and Good Conduct Medal. After returning and graduating from the University of Nebraska School of Medicine, he began his fulfilling career. He was a long time resident in Richardson, TX where he was an Anesthesiologist and ran a family practice. He was a wonderful man, father, husband, grandfather and Doctor. He loved his family, his pets and his sports. ‘Go Big Red’. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Rita Pillsbury; her six children; his daughter, Betty Anne Kitchen, his son Curtis Pillsbury and wife, Jacqueline; his 16 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many extended family and friends.
