Cynthia "Cindy" A. McAllister's Obituary
Cynthia ” Cindy” A. McAllister was born to Charles Wesley and Joyce Ann (Cobb) Galyen in Sherman, Texas on May 3, 1956. She passed away on July 6, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. She was 61 years of age. Cindy had a servant’s heart and loved children. She served as an educator in the field of elementary education and her legacy will live on through the countless children whose lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her beloved husband of nearly 43 years, Phil McAllister; two devoted children, Krista Corley and husband Jeremy, Wes McAllister and wife Alison; two grandsons, Aidan and Alexander Corley; two sisters, Karen Queen and husband Brian, and Linda Galyen; brother-in-law, Jack McAllister and wife Kathy; two nieces, Allison and Melissa Queen; two nephews, Justin and Jared McAllister; and many other beloved family members and friends. She will be missed by all. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the care of Restland Funeral Home located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75243. No services have been schedule at this time.
