As life moves forward, so do we. Dan you are already missed and this speaks of a life that was well worth living. The sadness that I feel is for my loss, for eternity is your gain, but I find joy in the memories that we shared. Rest easy big fellow, and if you happen to run across dad, tell him I said hello – Peace and blessings to all….
My deepest condolence to Dan's family, especially my friend Earnestine. Dan was one of my favorite people. Always so jovial and "loud". Elmer AND DAN had many memories of basketball, and they talked about them "every time they met, and laughed just as hard each time as though it was the first time they had heard it. Rest in peace Dan.

Cousin, you will always be remembered by me as one full of life and energy. Your transition from this life to the next one will certainly leave a void in the life of those who were fortunate enough to have known you. Raymond Groves Jr.
