Dana is survived by his mother, Barbara Clark; sons, Johnathan Ford and Matthew Clark; sister, Paula Willis; and grandson, Ethan Clark. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00PM on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:30PM on Friday, March 23, 2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
