I just learned today of Dana’s passing. I can’t believe it. She was such an awesome person. She was the union representative. When she came to Texarkana she always treated me to breakfast at Cracker Barrel. I have so many wonderful memories of our relationship. Rest in love my friend. You are missed by many. Thanks for always being my friend.
Dana was a dear friend. I worked with Dana in the Mid-Cities SSA as an AFGE Representative. I can truly say she was a solider for the employees of Social Security whether they were Union Members are not, she fought hard for Justice. She will be missed.

I met Dana through our work with AFGE. She was my mentor. I will always be grateful for the knowledge she instilled in me. She fought for our rights as federal employees. We shared a friendship that went beyond AFGE. Rest in Heaven my friend. You won't be forgotten.
I work at the Social Security Administration, and Dana was my union representative. She helped me in a few situations with the agency, and I will always be grateful to her for that. I never met her personally, but I did have a number of conversations with her over the phone and via email. I always liked and respected her. She had a presence about her, even if it was just over the phone of a strong-willed individual who cared for others and did everything she could to help those that needed it. I was saddened to hear of her passing, and I wish her family my deepest heartfelt condolences.
