Daniel Burke Clinger's Obituary
Daniel was born on August 2, 2005, in Vietnam. He was adopted in 2007 when Daniel was about 18 months old. Raised by his loving father, with the invaluable help of his grandmother, Daniel grew up in a nurturing and supportive environment along with his older brother Demetri.
From a young age, Daniel demonstrated exceptional talent and skill in physical activities. By the age of three, he was already riding his bike and soon became a whiz at baseball. As he grew older, his passion for sports expanded, and he enjoyed playing football, basketball, and baseball. However, his favorite sport by far was soccer. Daniel played for several select club teams and excelled as a premier defenseman. In high school, he proudly represented the Hebron Hawks on the soccer field.
Beyond his athletic prowess, Daniel developed a love for cooking and experimenting in the kitchen. He worked at a local restaurant where he learned a great deal from the chef. His enthusiasm for trying new recipes at home brought joy and delicious meals to his family.
At 16, Daniel discovered a new passion: cars. He loved to tinker with them, constantly striving to improve his skills and knowledge in automotive mechanics.
Daniel was a loving brother, son, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. His kindness and love touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.
Daniel recently wrote a song that reflects his deep thoughts and feelings:
I don't know how, I just want to love right,
I don't want pain, I just want to live life,
Good gets great, only through sacrifice,
You're going to get left, if you don't live right
So make great choices, and love this life
We know that Daniel fully understood salvation, but only God knows the heart.
