I have many memories of Dr Daniel, I was one of his first employees he hired when he opened his office in Grapevine, he was an outstanding Dr and friend, even though I moved from Texas we kept in contact shared family pictures and shared what was going on in our families lives. So the day of his birthday I send him a text to wish him a happy birthday and when his daughter called me to tell me he had passed, I was totally crushed and can’t not believe my friend is no longer with us. He loved his wife very much and his daughters. I will forever have him in my heart a genuine human being.
Dr Daniel you will be missed.

I only met Dr. Daniel Dung one time. I had gotten injured on the job and was seen by him. He told me that I had artritis, and told me what to do to prevent it from getting worse. He and I talked about fifteen minutes and I could tell that he was a wonderful caring man, and a good doctor.
The follwing weekend I went to church and told my priest that I met the most wonderful doctor from Vietnam. My priest who's also from Vietnam said he would like to meet Dr. Dung. I had been so busy but finally made time to go back to his place of work, and told them that I had a letter from a Catholic priest from my parish who is also Vietnamese, and wanted them to give it to Dr. Dung. The receptionist had informed me that Dr. Dung had left them. I said well where did he go to? And she said that he passed away. I SAID NO! This can't be! I just saw him a few weeks ago! She started to tear up and said it had shocked them all. I went to my truck in disbelief and called Fr Bui, and told him what was going on.
God bless you Dr. Dung. you will truly be missed.

Rest in peace Dr. Pham you will be deeply missed always a fun time with you, thank you for believing in me ❤️
We are in deep sorrow to hear about sudden death of wonderful Daniel. My daughter Joyce is a good friend of his youngest daughter sweet Danya especially. I remember I always was amazed how Danial was able to find so much time to be there for Danya despite how busy his family medicine clinic was. he always took time to be there for his daughter, attending all kind of school events, initiating playdates for Danya. He called himself Danya’s personal uber driver. He always knew how to make people around him laugh. Attached photos are just some taken by him during field day in May 2017, and kids’ egg hunting playdates imitated by him. He will be deeply missed.
May God comfort all his beloved ones left behind him.
Love,
Meiping
Daniel was a colleague at Concentra. Both of us being in similar roles of a Medical Director and Civil Surgeon, we shared same ideologies and care for our patients. Daniel although was always very innovative in his thoughts and plans. He was a true leader, a visionary that thought of his patients, his center and paved new ways of making things better for everyone. He instilled team building and ownership amongst his staff and well respected by his peers.
Daniel was thoughtful, kind, always cheerful and spread his positive energy. I’m thankful to have shared many moments with Daniel, and know he touched many lives making a difference for the better. He will be very fondly remembered and admired.
