Daniel Harrison Sauter's Obituary
Daniel Harrison Sauter, 71, of Richardson, Texas, passed away surrounded by the love of his wife and children on June 4, 2025. Born on December 27, 1953, Daniel lived a life marked by dedication, service, and love for his family.
A proud patriot, Daniel served his country with honor for 27 years in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Senior Chief. His commitment to excellence continued into his civilian career as an electrical engineer at Texas Instruments. Outside of his professional life, Daniel found joy in photography, capturing moments and memories for many. He was a devoted family man, cherishing his family and extending that love to his unofficially adopted kids & grandkids who brought him great happiness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Betty Jean Sauter. Daniel's memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife of nearly 38 years, Geneva Sauter. He was a beloved father to Regina, Travis, Rebecca, and Cassandra, and a proud grandfather to Kerinsa, Dylan, Stanley, Dylan, Blake, Jordyn, and Danielle. He was also blessed with a great-grandchildren, Dahlia, Mason, Landon, and Holden. Daniel is survived by his siblings, Penny, David, Patricia, Pamela, Robin, and Tammy, along with many nieces and nephews and friends who will miss him dearly.
