This picture is now tucked in between the wall and the cushion (at the top) of Daphne's regular booth at Casa Milagro. It will forever be hers. They all miss her there and were deeply moved by her passing. They have the same picture at the front desk for all the staff to see when greeting people to remind them to share the same smile Daphne always gave them.

I have known Daphne her whole life and have seen her grow from an infant to a fabulous adult. Yes, life has thrown her some real lemons, but Daph always has that smile on her face that is contagious. I was there when the Dr. diagnosed her with MS. I looked at Daph and she looked at me and said, it`s okay I just have a funny looking eye for a little while. It will be okay with that sweet smile. She had a great outlook from the onset. She will be missed here on earth and as a mom I can`t imagine the pain you are going though Paula. I loved Daph from the first time I saw her. She is in her mansion in the sky with no more pain and for that Praise The Lord for our Eternal Life. I love you Paula and Bobby.
I knew Daphne through middle and high school. She was always so happy and had such a bright beautiful smile. She was loved by everyone. I was lucky to know her. RIP Sweet Daphne!!

Daphne was such a fun and lively personality. She just naturally could make you feel special the minute you saw her for the first time. She had a way of making you feel more comfortable immediately .. with that smile that lit up her entire face and her bold, silly, sense of humor. We will always feel lucky to have known her closely and to have had her as part of our family for so many years. Life takes many twists and turns indeed and often you are separated from someone you once knew and were closer to…. but, during the adventures you never forget the people who touched your life in such happy ways. We are so very sorry to hear this news. It doesn't seem real to know this bright and loving person is gone. She brought many years of kindness and fun to our family. May all of her loved ones find strength in remembering the sound of her laughter when you are the saddest. She would want you to be happy whenever you think of her. Goodbye sweet Daphne.
