Darlene June Parker's Obituary
PARKER, DARLENE J. Passed away on April 26, 2011 peacefully from the arms of her loving family to the arms of Her LORD. She was born on October 16, 1940 in Vermillion, SD to Wilbar Adams and Marjorie Dooley. Darlene is preceded in death by her sister, Shelly Ann Robinson. She is survived by her four children, Rick (Eleanor) Fetterman (Sioux City, IA), Kirk Fetterman (McKinney, TX), Kevin (Tamara) Fetterman (Indianapolis, IN), and Darcy (David) Hall (Palestine, TX); 8 beautiful grandchildren; two precious great-grandchildren; her siblings, Gary, Arnold, David and Danny Adams; sister, Debbie Klemme; close companion and friend, Bob Parker. Darlene loved celebrating her vivacious life with friends and family through church, parties, and birthdays. She treasured dearly her dogs and best friends, Sally and Annie. But most of all, her heart belonged to Her faith in Jesus Christ. Visitation services will be held at Lovers Lane United Methodist on April 29, 2011, Dallas, Texas, at noon with funeral services beginning at 1 pm.
