Darlene Reynolds' Obituary
Darlene Reynolds, 77, of McKinney, TX, lovingly known as Dar to family and friends, and as Annie to her granddaughters and great grandsons, departed this earth on August 29, 2021. Darlene was a devoted wife to her loving husband of 54 years, Evan Reynolds.
Born August 6, 1944 in Dallas, TX, Darlene was a loving grandmother to granddaughters Lindsay Kirk of Westlake, TX, and Katrina Gottschalk of Minneapolis, MN, and great grandsons Price and Owen Rohnke of Westlake, TX. She is also survived by daughters-in-law Kristi Holmes of Flower Mound, TX, and Julie Gottschalk of Minneapolis, MN; sister-in-law JoeAnn Sheffield of Garland, TX; and niece Stephanie Reynolds of Austin, TX.
Darlene’s Gold Records are a tribute to her successful career in the music business in the 1970s. In 1982, Darlene and Evan started The Magni Group, Inc., which has grown from a book publisher and mail order distributor to a national distributor of the MagniLife brand of health products. Darlene remained Co-CEO until her death.
Darlene was preceded in death by her son Tracy Kirk, mother Della Hunt, stepfather George Hunt, father Pete Sheffield, brothers Donald Sheffield and Dwayne Sheffield, sister-in-law Donna Sheffield, and brother-in-law Ronny Reynolds.
