APPELMAN, DAVID WAYNE, born October 27, 1960 in Oklahoma and passed away November 3, 2011 in Dallas, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Gladys Appelman. David is survived by his wife Lisa; daughters Rachel Sam, Emily and Nancy; brothers Paul, Robin and Gary. Family will receive friends Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 6-8pm at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 3pm at Restland Memorial Chapel.
