I grew up with David in high school. The quality I always admired most about him was his sense of humor despite the worst of situations. It was truly a gift he gave to people when they needed their spirits lifted. I’m so sorry he’s gone. Deep condolences to his entire family, especially his son, Ryan. What a beautiful tribute.
David was a true individual in every sense of the word. He was incredibly fun to be around and he had an amazing zest for life. I worked with David for several years at Nobel Biocare, He welcomed me into the Texas team, and as a true friend he supported me every step of the way. He was the consummate idea man and a true visionary. David was also an inspired family man. His son Ryan was the focal point of his life. There have been a handful of people in my life that impacted me in such a positive light as Dave. His interminable spirit lives on in all of us.
I am sad beyond belief at hearing about sweet Dave’s passing. I have never seen a dad show more pictures of his boy! Ryan, I am so sorry for your loss. I am the oral & maxillofacial surgeon who took you and your dad out on a sailboat a longtime ago. He was an amazing man who cared so much about so many things! RIP my friend.
Dave was always a beacon of happiness whenever we saw him. Professionally he was an amazing rep and took amazing care of us for our patients.
Personally he was always spreading as much joy as possible and his love for his family was amazing.
We will miss him very much as all who knew him understand.

Dave had unstoppable enthusiasm for everything he did. He was an incredible salesman making personalized customer service the key to his success. However, his greatest accomplishment was that of father. No one ever had an interaction with Dave without knowing how proud he was and how much he loved his son, Ryan. Sincere sympathy and prayers for Ryan and the entire family.
We were just getting ready to send Dave his birthday card when we got the news. We are so sorry Ryan. Your Dad loved you so much and talked about which colleges you might attend, possibly in Florida. Dave was ONE of a KIND so generous, loving, positive, talented and charismatic. He never met a stranger, loved to entertain people with his corny jokes and Daveisms, and had a special gift of making everyone feel like he was their best friend. He had a huge heart and modeled how to live life to the fullest. I am so honored to have known this amazing man for 25 years and call him my best friend. He will be forever loved, missed and cherished.
Dave was a bright light in this world and will be missed. He was the most proud father I have ever come across. Every conversation included something about Ryan. I am so very sorry for your loss Ryan. You are in my prayers.
