Dear Julie & family,
Our deepest condolences go out to you all! It was a total shock to read about the passing of David in the DMN. (I read it a day too late to attend the memorial service.) It was such a pleasure to be at your wedding, almost 30 years ago, and we have loved watching you build a beautiful life together! You both were so generous with your time, when you counseled us about our house fire. This was such a blessing to us, and encouraged us in ways you can’t imagine. We send our heartfelt sympathies to you all in this tremendous loss! May God send His angels to surround you and your family in the days ahead. In sympathy, Judi & David Koncak and Kelly Koncak Pittman
It saddens me deeply to hear about David’s passing. We were never close friends, but I have many fond memories of interaction with David in band. We were part of a brass and tympani ensemble that played at state! David was a huge part of a very powerful band program at TR. His leadership was well respected as our drum major. I smile at the “competition” I was in with him for the coveted John Philip Sousa band award. He got it, and totally deserved it. May God bless and comfort all who mourn his loss.
Julie, Jenna and Jordan, We were so sorry to hear about David’s passing. Know that our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. John and Kelly Casella

Dear Brooks Family,
It indeed saddens me to hear of this great loss; “Brooks” passing. I worked with him at Remington during my 6 yrs there. I recall as a colleague, He was always someone that had answers, very knowledgeable and gave great guidance on matters. Even just passing him in the halls, seeing him at meetings or working with him at Volunteer Events, He was always such a pleasant person to interact with. My sincerest and deepest condolences to the entire family circle. I know that his soul will find a restful place in the eternity of the Lord.
Dear Brooks Family,God called another angel. Not our earthly desire , but in His timing. So very sorry for your loss! On our prayers ! Much love, Kay and Carl. Xoxo
David Brooks…a generous and wonderful Christian man. I know he is with our Lord. I am thinking and praying for his family during this time. He was a good man. Thoughts and prayers are with those who loved him….
David Brooks popped into my mind a few days ago for no apparent reason…..now I know why. I first met him in 6th grade at Ed White Middle School as we were both in the drum section (Mr. English [ awesome] band director). David was first chair drummer and maintained that position until he was promoted to Drum Major our Jr. year of high school. I never heard him play piano but heard he was VERY good. Also, he was always the nicest guy and I consider myself privileged to have known him. The world needs more souls like him more now than ever. Love ya bro!
David, I feel you are with the LORD. May his unfailing love for you and your family bring eternal peace.
