David William Brumfield's Obituary
BRUMFIELD, DAVID WILLIAM born in Dallas, Texas, the son of Pamela Lynn and Edward Lee Brumfield. He was born on September 15, 1990, and passed October 15, 2012. David was a graduate of Plano East High School where he was a varsity wrestler. David was in his fourth year attending Oklahoma State University and a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He recently changed his major to pre-Med and planned on serving his country after graduating in the Army Rangers. David was a wonderful bright young man that loved his family, enjoyed life, and cherished his many friends. He was a leader and was very focused on his next journey in life as he prepared for his postgraduate professional studies. David was a positive person that loved life, his dog, sports, hunting and fishing. David has left us much too early, however the family takes comfort knowing his Christian faith was secure as he goes to walk with the Lord. He will be greatly missed by all and the world will be a lesser place. David is survived by his grandmother Elise Eilts of Albert, Kansas along with his mother and father of Plano, Texas; his brother James Daniel and sisters Emily Marie and Julie Ann Beichler, along with her husband, Eric William Beichler and their three children. David is also survived by Tommy and Vickey Brumfield of Stillwater, OK, Deb and Terry Hoffman of Albert, KS, Galen Eilts of Jefferson City, TN and Laurie Eilts of Pratt, KS, including his many cousins, nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be Sunday, October 21, 2012 at 2 PM at Prestonwood Baptist Church 12123 Hillcrest Road, Dallas 75230. Visitation will be Saturday, October 20, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home 13005 Greenville Avenue Dallas 75243. A scholarship fund has been set up in memory of David.
